<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which antidazzle properties are evaluated simply, and to provide an optical sheet which is high in antidazzle properties is efficiently manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the optical sheet, having a functional layer at least on one surface of a transparent base material and a diffusion element in the outermost surface and/or the inside, the manufacturing condition is controlled so as to have the relations formula (I) and (II): where (I) is 1.40<γ-α and (II) is 0.90<γ-β, where (α) expresses a diffusion angle where the diffusion intensity is 1/2 of the diffusion intensity, determined by extrapolating a straight line made by connecting a reflection intensity at ±2° to the reflection intensity at ±1° reflected intensity to the diffuse regular reflecting direction to the diffuse regular reflection angle; (β) expresses a diffusion angle, where the diffusion intensity is 1/3 of the diffusion intensity determined by extrapolating a straight line made by connecting a reflection intensity at ±2° to the reflection intensity at ±1° reflection intensity to the diffuse regular reflecting direction to the diffuse regular reflection angle, and (γ) expresses a diffusion angle where the diffusion intensity is 1/10 of the diffusion intensity determined by extrapolating a straight line, made by connecting a reflection intensity at ±2° to the reflection intensity at ±1° reflection intensity to the diffuse regular reflecting direction to the diffuse regular reflection angle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
