<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which shortens a cycle time in that the interference of components is prevented, and the height of the components which move in the upper part of a board is controlled. <P>SOLUTION: The method for mounting a component includes: a component move process PRt1 which moves a component P1 to be loaded to the upper part of a loading predetermined position ML1 which loads the component P1 to be loaded on a board while being apart upward from the board 3; and a component decline process PRd1 which makes the component P1 to be loaded which has moved to the upper part of the loading predetermined position ML1 decline to be loaded in the loading predetermined position ML1. Moreover, in the component move process PRd1, the estrangement distance of the component P1 to be loaded from the board 3 is adjusted based on the height of already loaded components Pa, Pb which exist under a route TR 1 in which the component P1 to be loaded moves in the component move process PRd1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
