<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily operate the power source of a computer body even when the computer body is installed in a production line or a plant. <P>SOLUTION: In a computer 10 including a touch panel 11 and a computer body 12 connected to the touch panel display 11, the touch panel display 11 is provided with a computer body start/end signal generation part 29 for generating a start signal to instruct the start of the computer body 12; and a compute body start/end signal transmission part 26 for transmitting the start signal to the computer body 12.
