<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that it is not considered to give a service corresponding to security to be attained though a difference is developed between PIN authentication and security intensity as precision in biological authentication is made to be higher, and that a user does not recognize a timing for performing a re-registration since the user has to perform re-registration at a teller window when a biological authentication impossible state continues when initial setting information is not in an excellent state. <P>SOLUTION: Finger authentication is performed in a terminal 110.
