<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for rapidly digesting living tissue while keeping soundness of cells. <P>SOLUTION: The method for digesting living tissue includes: a step of applying ultrasonic vibration to the living tissue (A) with output power not to cause cavitation; and a step of storing a mixed liquid (C) including the living tissue (A), which receives the ultrasonic vibration in the step of applying ultrasonic vibration and digestive enzyme (B) in a vessel 2, and stirring the mixed liquid (C). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
