<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the automatically opening angle of a liquid crystal part smaller than a central angle of 70-90°in a conventional portable phone. <P>SOLUTION: In this semiautomatic type hinge, rotational friction torque is generated by abutting a first cam and a second cam inserted in one shaft of the hinge accompanied by pressing of an elastic material, a liquid crystal rotatable area in the first and the second cams from a state where a body part and a liquid crystal part are folded to a state where they are open is set smaller than a rotatable region of the hinge, a projecting body is formed on an abutting face of the first cam, a cutout part is formed at 0°in a central angle of 0-180°on an abutting face of the second cam, then a projecting top part, a downward sloped face, and a deep valley part are formed in order from a rotation initial section in the rotational direction, the projecting top part is formed at less than 50°of the central angle, and a rotational angle restraining function for preventing the falling of the body part and the liquid crystal part into the cutout part in the projecting body of the first cam when the body part and the liquid crystal part are folded is formed between 0°central angle and the projecting top part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
