PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove an adverse effect due to latent noise by reducing charging of a wiring board. SOLUTION: By mounting a connector cover member 1 to a wiring board 50, which is provided with a wiring connector 30 having a ground terminal 31 and a signal terminal 33, the connector cover member 1 is attached to the wiring connector 30 mounted to the substrate 50 that removes electrostatic charged on the wiring board 50, and has at least a first terminal 11, which is removably connected to the ground terminal 31 possessed by the wiring connector 30, a resistor 14 connected to the first terminal 11, and an exterior member 16 connected to the resistor 14 via a wiring material 15.
