PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a secondary battery pack which simultaneously charges a plurality of the secondary battery packs having ID identification information and communication information by one charger without causing imbalance, and a charging/discharging device of the secondary battery pack. SOLUTION: In order to simultaneously charge and discharge the plurality of secondary battery packs having the ID identification information and the communication information by one charger, the control device of the secondary battery pack and the charging/discharging device 1 of the secondary battery pack are constituted in such a manner that a CPU 13 controls the charging/discharging of the plurality of connected secondary battery packs by using the ID identification information which is set between the plurality of secondary battery packs A2, a secondary charging pack B3 and a secondary charging pack C4, and the charger 5, and transmits identification information from the secondary battery pack side, and the communication information which transmits a state including a voltage of the secondary battery pack.
