<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic band, particularly a band for a swimming goggle, made of a thermoplastic elastomer, having well-balanced characteristics including flexibility, tensile strength, tensile permanent set and heat resistance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An elastic band includes a thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising the following block copolymers (a) and (b), wherein the mass ratio of (a):(b) is 2:98 to 98:2, and has hardness (according to JIS K6253, Type A) of 1-90 degrees: (a) a block copolymer having a number-average molecular weight of 130,000-600,000 which is obtained by hydrogenation of a block copolymer including a polymer block mainly comprising styrene and that mainly comprising a conjugated diene compound; (b) a block copolymer having a number-average molecular weight of 70,000-600,000 which is obtained by hydrogenation of a block copolymer including a polymer block mainly comprising α-methylstyrene and that mainly comprising a conjugated diene compound.
