<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device for stabilizing communication. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The radio communication device includes: a plurality of antennas; a reception level detecting means for detecting the reception signal strength of a received signal in each of the antennas; a correction coefficient storage means for storing correction coefficients set corresponding to the antennas, respectively; a reception level comparison means for correcting the reception signal strength of each of the antennas at each of the correcting coefficients set corresponding to each of the antennas and comparing each of the corrected reception signal strengths; an antenna switching means for performing switching so that the antenna to be used for radio communication is selected depending on results of comparison and communication can be performed using the selected antenna; a connection success/failure detecting means for detecting the success/failure of connection in the radio communication using the antennas; and a correction coefficient calculation means for calculating the correction coefficient based on the success/failure of connection detected by the connection success/failure detecting means and storing the calculated correction coefficient in the correction coefficient storage means.
