MEDICAL DIAGNOSING DEVICE COPING WITH EARTHQUAKE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out self diagnosing on the device by occurrence of earthquake and to inform a center terminal of diagnosing result. SOLUTION: A malfunction level diagnosing section 22b carries out the self diagnosing on whether or not malfunction occurs in the device or on the malfunction level in the case the malfunction occurs after the occurrence of the earthquake. The malfunction level diagnosing section 22b supplies the malfunction level being the self diagnosing result to a center terminal information section 22d. The center terminal information section 22d grasps the malfunction content of the malfunction level and determines the access allowable range of the device according to level of importance of the malfunction when the malfunction level is supplied from the malfunction level diagnosing section 22b. The center terminal information section 22d informs malfunction content information which can be presented within the determined access allowable range to the center terminal.
