<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain, in an actuator of a diaphragm valve provided in a fluid pipe line of a manufacturing facility in a maker of medicine, food, alcoholic liquor, cosmetics, semiconductors or the like, reduction in weight and manufacturing costs, and improvement in deterioration of the manufacturing environment due to scattering of abrasive fine powder resulting from polishing operation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The actuator 2 of the valve device 1 includes a reversed cup-shaped bonnet 6 provided on a valve body 3 through a valve 4; a shaft 5 provided to vertically extend through the bonnet; and a pressurization means 7 provided to the lower end of the shaft to press the valve 4, and the actuator 2 controls the passing opening area of a fluid flowing within the valve body part by protruding and displacing the valve toward the valve body 3 through the pressurization means 7 vertically moving within the bonnet 6. At least the bonnet 6 and the pressurization means 7 are formed by forming a blank from a metal sheet material or hoop material through punching or laser processing, and press-molding the blank.
