<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal capable of canceling call termination limitation without confusion by erroneous recognition of a call termination opposite party. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cellular phone 1 includes: a phonebook database 43 storing the identification information of a specified communication terminal and a specified call termination form corresponding to the identification information; a waiting processing part 41 for performing a call termination operation accompanied by prescribed reporting processing indicating the communication terminal in response to the reception of a call termination request; and a remote control processing part 42 for storing the identification information of the call termination origin of the call termination in association with the identification information of the specified communication terminal corresponding to the specified call termination form as temporary data when the call termination from another communication terminal other than the specified communication terminal matches with the stored specified call termination form. When receiving the call termination request, if the identification information of the communication terminal of the call termination request origin is stored as the temporary data, the waiting processing part 41 performs the prescribed reporting processing as the call termination from the specified communication terminal corresponding to the communication terminal of the call termination request origin.
