PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent any damage of a wire caused by a heavy vehicle traveling on a runner ramp, and to reliably prevent disengagement of the wire. SOLUTION: In a vehicle carrier, a driving rod 4 provided on a rear end of a cargo bed 2 is turned by a turning mechanism 6 to tilt a runner ramp 3 connecting a body part 3A to a bent part 3B. Further, the vehicle carrier has a folding mechanism 10 which turns the runner ramp 3 in the vertical direction to bend the bent part 3B. The folding mechanism 10 comprises a pulley 12 connected to the cargo bed 2 in a non-rotational state, a connector 13 for connecting the pulley 12 to a body part 3A of the runner ramp 3, a wire 11 with one end thereof being connected to the pulley 12, and the other end thereof being connected to the bent part 3B, and a wire guide 14 provided on a hinge part 3C between the body part 3A and the bent part 3B. Further, the wire 11 is guided through a guide groove 12A in the pulley 12, one end of the wire 11 is connected to an outer circumferential part of the pulley 12 below the cargo bed 2, and the wire 11 is arranged below an upper side of the cargo bed 2.
