PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a humidity conditioning panel having an excellent humidity conditioning function and usable for an interior building material such as a wall surface material or a ceiling material in an indoor living space. SOLUTION: This humidity conditioning panel mounting structure A for mounting the humidity conditioning panel for use in the indoor living space is constituted such that recessed groove parts 3 opened toward a mounting surface and opened at the ends are formed at a rear face 11 of a humidity conditioning panel body 1 containing a humidity conditioning material 2 and that the rear face 11 of the humidity conditioning panel body 1 is bonded to the mounting surface with an adhesive while allowing indoor air to flow through the recessed grooves 3.
