The invention relates to rail transport. A device for lubrication of wheel flanges contains a pipe equipped with an isolating valve and a filter, which connects a tank filled with liquid lubricant with nozzles, a feed air line of locomotive and a main valve. The latter is controlled by an electronic control device, which input is connected to an inductive pulse sensor connected to the wheel pair, and a device for determining direction of rolling stock movement. The tank filled with lubricating fluid is made in the form of a bubbling chamber. The pipe from the air line is connected to the bubbling chamber from below. In each nozzle a corona-forming electrode is installed, on which positive voltage is applied, and negative voltage is applied to the nozzle body. Power is supplied from the power source. The device is also equipped with a unit, which controls the process of lubrication. The technical result: ionization of lubricant-air mixture for enhancing lubricating effect of lubricating fluid while reducing consumption of the latter. |
