<p>The present invention provides mesothelin peptide fragments corresponding to the CA125 binding site of mesothelin. The peptide fragments find use in disrupting the binding interaction between mesothelin and CA 125, for example, in the treatment and prevention of cancers that require the interaction of mesothelin and CA125 for growth, progression and/or metastasis.</p>
