Provided is a method for producing granular cultured bone in a high yield with a high probability of bone regeneration. The method for producing granular cultured bone comprises a primary culture step in which mesenchymal stem cells are cultured by culturing cells derived from bone marrow aspirate, periosteum, fat, or the like collected from a patient in a culture medium, an inoculation step in which the cultured mesenchymal stem cells are inoculated by adding the cultured mesenchymal stem cells to a deep container in which simulated porous bone granules are placed in advance together with the culture solution to temporarily put the simulated porous bone granules in a state of floating, and a differentiation culture step in which the inoculated mesenchymal stem cells are differentiated into cultured osteoblast-like cells by culturing the inoculated mesenchymal stem cells in a culture medium together with the simulated porous bone granules.
|
