<p>PURPOSE: An okadaic acid-inducing neurodegenerative model for screening GSK-3 beta inhibitor in Alzheimer disease is provided to develop a therapeutic agent for Alzheimer disease. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening GSK-3beta(glycogen synthase kinase-3beta) inhibitor comprises: a step of culturing neural cells; a step of adding a test sample compound to the cultured neural cells; a step of adding akadaic acid; a step of measuring phosphorylation level of beta-catenin; and a step of treating LDH release level.</p> |
