METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PERFORMING OF VERTICAL HANDOVER IN SDR ACCESS TERMINAL

PURPOSE: A vertical handover performing method and a performing device thereof are provided to perform handover between different kind services without cutting off. CONSTITUTION: A handover request is received from an executed application service(S302). A handover assembly controller requests installation of a new service to a software communication architecture core framework(S310). One among services which a terminal is joined is installed(S320). Performance of application is directed by transmitting an SC Start message to the second service assembly controller(S330). Operation of a resource is begun by transmitting the SC Start message to an MAC resource and a PHY resource(S340,S345).
