PURPOSE: A vehicle fuel sender assembly is provided to prevent the corrosion of a ceramic resistor plate and to improve the durability of the fuel sender assembly by preventing the fuel sender from being contacted with fuel in the fuel tank which is used for ethanol fuel or biodiesel fuel. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle fuel sender assembly comprises: a main housing(110) which is installed to a reservoir cap of a fuel pump and wherein a boss(111) is formed in the top of the main housing inside; a variable resistance unit(120) which is installed in the main housing inside and comprises a ceramics resistor plate(123) in which an earth resistance is formed; a contact arm unit(130) which is arranged on the top of the ceramics resistor plate and rotatable installed to the boss in the inside of the main housing; a main cover(140) wherein a penetration hole(141) is formed in a location corresponding to the boss and is installed to the front side of the main housing; a float arm(150) wherein one end is bent and is rotatably installed on the front of the main cover through a retainer unit(160); and a float(170) which is installed to the other end of the float arm and circulates the float arm according to the amount of remaining fuel.
