PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a vehicle tire is provided to prevent slick on a contact surface with a neighboring member by forming a protrusion on members of a carcass member, a belt member, or a tread member for manufacturing a green tire. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a vehicle tire comprises the following steps: installing an inner liner rubber layer(1) on a drum and installing a carcass(2) on the inner liner rubber layer; installing a belt(3) on the upper center of the carcass; installing a sub-tread(4) and a cap tread(5) on the belt in order; installing a sidewall rubber layer(6) on both sides of a thread rubber layer; covering a bead member by turning up both sides of the carcass after installing the bead member(7) on the outer side of the sidewall rubber layer; and installing a rim cushion rubber(8) on the outer side of the carcass.
