NOVEL COUMARIN BASED COMPOUND OR PHARMACEUTICALLY ACCEPTABLE SALT THEREOF, PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR INHIBITION OF MULTIDRUG RESISTANCE CONTAINING THE SAME AS AN ACTIVE INGREDIENT

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical compositioin containing a novel coumarin compounds for suppressing multidrug resistance is provided to suppress overexpression of P-glycoprotein and to enhance anticancer activity without side effects. CONSTITUTION: A coumarin compounds is denoted by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, X is alkylene of C1-C6 or carbonyl and Y is phenyl or pyridyl. The coumarin compounds of chemical formula 1 is courmarin compounds of 6-(3-methyl-but-2-enyl)-7-(4-nitro-benzyloxy)-chromen-2-one or 6-(3-methyl-but-2-enyl)-7-(pyridine-2-ylmethoxy)-chromen-2-one. A coumarin compound of chemical formula 1(a) is prepared by reacting demethylsuberosin of chemical formula 7 with acyl halide under the presence of base through esterificaiton. A pharmaceutical composition for suppressing multidrug resistance containts the coumarin compounds of chemical formula 1 as an active ingredient.
