PURPOSE: A swimming training device for improvement of swimming speed is provided, which can achieve improvement of a swimming player and enhance competitive power. CONSTITUTION: A swimming training device for improvement of swimming speed comprises: a first support element(10) which is installed in one side of a swimming pool and in which a first pulley is included; a second supporting member(20) which is installed in the other side of the swimming pool and in which the second pulley is included; a rope member(30) which is installed through the first pulley and second pulley; a buoy(40) fixed to the rope member; a drive member(50); and a control unit(60) controlling the rotation speed of the drive member.
