PURPOSE: A device for treating an underground abandoned well is provided to easily fill filler when an underground abandoned well is cut off, and to easily eliminate the filler when necessary. CONSTITUTION: A device for treating an underground abandoned well comprises a support member, an exhausting unit, and a filter member. The support member supports filler, and comprises a circular plate part, a skirt part, an exhausting part, and filling soil. The circular plate part corresponds to the inner diameter of a deep well(10). The skirt part is extended from the edge of the circular plate part. The exhausting part comprises a hollow passing through top and bottom of the circular plate part. A filling space formed by the circular plate part and the skirt part is filled with the filling soil. The exhausting unit comprises an exhaust pipe(120) discharging air between the support member and the water surface of underground water. The filter member is installed in the exhausting part, and prevents foreign materials from flowing in.
