<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing utensil which fully excels in the discharge property of an ink composition and can stably draw a writing line of high luminance. <P>SOLUTION: The writing utensil 100 includes: an ink storing pipe 14; and pen tip 20 prepared at the one-end side of the ink storing pipe 14 wherein an ink composition 12 is held in the ink storing pipe 14.
