<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a thin-film solar cell for accelerating growth of particles for composing a light absorption layer. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing thin-film solar cells includes: a process for forming a light absorption coating film by coating a first electrode layer 2 with a light absorption layer solution containing at least one of Cu, In, and Ga; a process for forming a light absorption layer 3 containing at least one of Cu, In and Ga by heat-treating the light absorption coating film in a reducing atmosphere; a process for forming an Se-containing film containing Se on the light absorption layer 3; a process for heat-treating the Se-containing film in a reducing atmosphere for diffusing Se to the light absorption layer 3; and a process for forming a second electrode layer 5 on the light absorption layer 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
