<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-terminal current detection resistor with improved accuracy of measuring a voltage to be measured by reducing the self-inductance of the resistor and deactivating an induced voltage caused by the reduced self-inductance by an induced voltage caused by mutual inductance. <P>SOLUTION: The multi-terminal current detection resistor 10 has a plate-shaped metal resistor 11. A front electrode layer 12a and a front insulator layer 13a are stacked on the front side of the metal resistor, and the front electrode layer and the front insulator layer are covered with a front conductor 14a. A back electrode layer 12b and a back insulator layer 13b are stacked on the back side of the metal resistor, and the back electrode layer and the back insulator layer are covered with a back conductor 14b. The metal resistor 11 shielded by the front conductor 14a and the back conductor 14b has reduced inductance. The inductance can be deactivated by voltage detection terminals 17a, 17b provided on the lower ends of the front conductor 14a and the back conductor 14b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
