摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-terminal current detection resistor with improved accuracy of measuring a voltage to be measured by reducing the self-inductance of the resistor and deactivating an induced voltage caused by the reduced self-inductance by an induced voltage caused by mutual inductance. <P>SOLUTION: The multi-terminal current detection resistor 10 has a plate-shaped metal resistor 11. A front electrode layer 12a and a front insulator layer 13a are stacked on the front side of the metal resistor, and the front electrode layer and the front insulator layer are covered with a front conductor 14a. A back electrode layer 12b and a back insulator layer 13b are stacked on the back side of the metal resistor, and the back electrode layer and the back insulator layer are covered with a back conductor 14b. The metal resistor 11 shielded by the front conductor 14a and the back conductor 14b has reduced inductance.
