摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Cu-Ti-based copper alloy sheet which has excellent bending workability such as bending workability after notching and also has excellent stress relaxation resistance while maintaining its high strength, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: Regarding the copper alloy sheet having a composition comprising 1.2 to 5.0 mass% Ti, and the balance Cu with inevitable impurities, in a plurality of regions with the same shape and size chosen at random on a sheet face, among the average values of the crystal grain sizes in the respective regions, provided that the maximum value is defined as the maximum crystal grain size, the minimum value is defined as the minimum crystal grain size, and the average value of the average values of the crystal grain sizes in the respective regions is defined as the average crystal grain size, the average crystal grain size is 5 to 25μm, [(the maximum crystal grain size)-(the minimum crystal grain size)]/the average crystal grain size is≤0.20, and, provided that the X-ray diffraction intensity of the ä420} crystal face in sheet face of the copper alloy sheet is defined as Iä420} and the X-ray diffraction intensity of the ä420} crystal face in pure copper standard powder is defined as I<SB>0</SB>ä420}, the copper alloy sheet has crystal orientation satisfying Iä420}/I<SB>0</SB>ä420}>1.0.
