PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parting wall structure of a unit building, which can accelerate a cost reducing effect by constructing a parting wall by taking advantage of the characteristics of a building unit. SOLUTION: In the unit building including the plurality of building units, a ceiling girder 22 of the building unit and a floor girder 23 thereof comprise a web which has a plate surface directed in a vertical direction and a pair of flanges which are elongated sideward from both upper and lower ends of the web, and are made of channel steel which is formed with a groove portion opened on the lateral side opposite to the web in the state of being enclosed with the web and the flange. The parting walls 32 and 35 in the ceiling and the underfloor parting wall 33 are constituted by housing parting wall panels 90 and 100 in the groove portions of the ceiling and floor girders 22 and 23, respectively.
