SOLUTION: The powder for metallurgy comprises first powders 10 and second powders, and in which the mass ratio of the second powder to the first powder 10 is 1 to 2.25. The first powder 10 comprises a plurality of first iron base particles 11 and a lubricant 12 covering the surfaces of the plurality of first iron base particles 11, and does not comprise a binder covering the surfaces of the first iron base particles 11. The second powder comprises a plurality of second iron base particles 21 and a binder 22 covering the surfaces of the plurality of second iron base particles 21, and does not comprise a lubricant covering the second iron base particles 21.
