PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of the metal fittings having approximately hat-shaped cross section by bending a metal sheet into the approximately hat-shaped cross section shape with a simple die structure. SOLUTION: In this bending tool, an upper die 1 is composed of a tri-parted component of an upper die body 11 having a pressurizing surface 119 at the lower end, an upper die attachment block 12 having a pressurizing surface 125 at the lower end and an upper die shaping block 13 having a projecting pressurizing part 134 at the lower end. A lower die 2 is composed of a bi-parted component of a lower die body 21 having a pressurizing surface 216 at the upper end and a lower die attachment block 22 having a pressurizing surface 224 at the upper end.
