PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To observe an internal monitor signal without an evaluation measuring device, when observing an error of an electronic circuit. SOLUTION: ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuits) 100 include an information storage part 131 for inputting a monitor signal for observing an error of the circuit, converting the monitor signal into monitor signal data based on a prescribed conversion pattern, and storing the data; and a monitor signal synthesizing circuit 132 for synthesizing the monitor signal data with image data to acquire monitor signal synthesized image data.
