PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve attachment work efficiency and attachment accuracy by reducing the number of parts, and to reduce unsprung weight. SOLUTION: This structure for fastening a suspension arm includes a knuckle fastening part 38 for fastening a knuckle 16 supporting a wheel W, which is arranged separately from an arm body part 30. In the end on the outside in the vehicle width direction of the arm body part 30, a recess 40 is formed. Moreover, in the knuckle fastening part 38, a flat plate part 38a fitted in the recess 40 is arranged. Tapered side surfaces 46a, 46b formed in the recess 40 is made to abut on the flat plate part 38a, thereby positioning the arm body part 30 and the knuckle fastening part 38 at a prescribed position, and fastening the arm body part 30 and the knuckle fastening part 38 by one screw member 42.
