PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet supply device capable of surely separating sheets by separation air, a sheet supply unit including the sheet supply device, and an image forming device. SOLUTION: In a sheet supply operation of the sheet P in this sheet supply device 1A, a sheet mounting base 2 is elevated/lowered according to the output of an upper limit detecting sensor 22, an upper surface position Pu of the sheet P loaded on the sheet mounting base 2 is located in an adsorption possible height H1, and a fall region E2 where a pressure difference with respect to a separation region E1 is generated is formed on the lower side of the separation region E1 where the separation air blasted from a separation air blowoff port 40 is blasted along the sheet P adsorbed to an adsorbent surface 30b, while the sheet P is adsorbed to the adsorbent surface 30b and the conveyance of the sheet P is started by an adsorbing and conveying mechanism 3.
