<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce damage to paper to be delivered in comparison with the case where the delivered paper is normally brought into contact with a paper aligning member, in a delivered paper loading device or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This delivered paper loading device 30 includes a delivered paper loading section 31 for loading the paper P to be delivered and the aligning member 32 for aligning the paper P to be loaded on the delivered paper loading section 31. The aligning member 32 is so mounted that, when the paper P is loaded on the delivered paper loading section 31, the aligning member is hung at a position at a constant distance L from the end of the paper P. The aligning member 32 receives the collision of the paper P to be delivered, and performs a pendulum motion while finely vibrating.
