<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a response guidance system for dealing with call arrival disability which allows a calling side and a called side, to easily transfer their wills, as further as possible, even under call arrival disability, and thereby allows both side to achieve a purpose of a talk as further as possible and to satisfactorily and communicate with each other, without fail. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The response guidance system for coping with call arrival disabled state, wherein if a called-side cellular phone terminal (10) is disabled from terminating a call, a calling side desired to notify of the disability is automatically discriminated, in accordance with a notification condition regarding call arrival disabled state on the called side; a reason of the call arrival disability and a time zone of the call arrival disability are notified by a notification means; and a response program is sent by a response program attaching means. Thus, at a calling-side cellular phone terminal (20), notification contents, regarding call arrival disability are discriminated; and the sent response program is activated to enable a response means to easily request coping with the called side and response information, including response contents at the calling side is further discriminated by a dealing means also at the called side, thereby automatically dealing with the call arrival disability in accordance with a dealing method corresponding to the response information.
