<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling device in which a mechanism for assembling a work to a member to be assembled is not complicated and flaws are not generated of a curved surface of the work when the work is assembled to the member to be assembled. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The assembling device includes a work sucking means 10 which abuts on one end 2a of the work 2 to suck a central part 2b of the work 2 and inserts the work 2 into a curved part 3b of the member 3 to be assembled, a work pressing means 20 attached to an actuator 5 to press the other end 2c of the work 2 by a pressing part 21 having an inclined surface 21a, and a connecting means 30 for connecting the work sucking means 10 to the work pressing means 20 so that the work pressing means 20 may press the other end 2c of the work 2 which is not inserted into the curved part 3b of the member 3 to be assembled in a state that one end 2a and the central part 2b of the work 2 are inserted into the curved part 3b of the member 3 to be assembled and the other end 2c of the work 2 is not inserted into the curved part 3b.
