PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damaging to an installation part, particularly, an exhaust emission control device by muffler installing force. SOLUTION: This muffler 21 is constituted by respectively joining mufflers 23 and 24 to the inlet side and the outlet side of the exhaust emission control device 22 by mutual flanges 25 and 26. In both side flange joining parts, an installation seat 26a is integrally arranged in a lower half peripheral part of the muffler side flange 26 in a state of projecting to the flange outer peripheral side, and the muffler 21 is installed on a muffler stand 34 by joining this installation seat 26a to a muffler installing bracket 34 arranged on the muffler stand 34.
