Each of the anterior (100) and posterior portions (146) also includes a proximal support portion (120, 168) having a three-dimensional anatomically configured shape to support, immobilize, and stabilize an anatomical portion of a wearer. The anterior and/or posterior portion includes circumferential adjustment mechanisms (152, 156) to accommodate different sizes or differing degrees of swelling of anatomical portions.
