PURPOSE: A precast wall complex generating structure for the increment of the speed of a moving fluid is provided to reduce environmental damage through simple construction by applying a dry construction method using a pre-cast product. CONSTITUTION: A precast wall complex generating structure for the increment of the speed of a moving fluid comprises a pair of walls. A pair of walls comprise multiple piles and a plurality of precast panels. Multiple piles are installed on a submarine ground to be separated from each other. Multiple precast panels are successively laminated between neighboring piles. The interval of a pair of walls is gradually reduced toward the installation space of a tidal power generation turbine(2) along the tidal current direction.
