PURPOSE: A speed control unit and a hinge device with an automatic returning and stopping function using the same are provided to enable a user to easily control the opening and closing speed of the hinge device by controlling the rotation speed of a screw shaft. CONSTITUTION: A speed control unit comprises a first cam unit(10), a second cam(20), a body unit(30), washer springs(40), and a tension control bolt(50). The first cam unit has first and second grooves(12,13), a first cam(11), and a rod(15). The second cam corresponds to the first cam and has a protrusion(22) in the center. The body unit supports the first cam and fixes the second cam. The tension control bolt controls the tension of the washer springs. |
