<p>The method involves displacing a printing plate, which is stored in a storage device i.e. case of a distribution unit (17), in a translatory movement towards another storage device e.g. platform (11) of a handling device (9) and printing plate magazine (8), by material jet e.g. air jet, directed against a lower side of the printing plate. The latter storage device is arranged downstream of the former storage device. The printing plate is accelerated by force component of the material jet, which is discharged from a nozzle. The printing plate is discharged from the former storage device. An independent claim is also included for a device for delivering a printing plate from one storage device to another storage device.</p> |
