The actuator (1) has a transmission e.g. spur gear, connecting a motor (2) with an output (7) in a force-fit or form-fit manner, where the transmission exhibits an involute toothing in a stage. Two pinions (3, 5) or large gears (4, 6) are made from metal or metal alloy. An inner part of the pinions or the large gears is made from glass-fiber reinforced plastic. An outer part of the pinion or the large gears is made of non-reinforced plastic. The pinions or the large gears are designed as high temperature-resistant part that is made of aromatic polypropylene, polyphthalamide or polyethylene.
