Disclosed is a pipe cutting machine (1) equipped with a notching device (10) having a rotary cutting blade (11) which forms on the exterior of a pipe (60) a notched portion (61) which is used for breaking, and a breaking device (20) which is located away from the notching device (10) in the forward direction of the pipe (60) and which breaks off the notched portion (61) of the pipe (60) which is used for cutting. Furthermore, as the notched portion (61) used for breaking is being formed on the exterior of the pipe (60) by the rotary cutting blade (11) of the notching device (10), the pipe cutting machine (1) breaks off, by means of the breaking device (20), the notched portion (61) of the pipe (60) which has been fed from the notching device (10) to the breaking device (20).
