<p>FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building, namely to production of drilling tools for drilling machines operating by applying rotary drilling method. Housing of drilling tool for rotary drilling consists of pilot sinker, shank and differs by the fact that it includes welded discs and plates installed in the holes of discs. Drilling tool housing is assembled by means of welding of discs made from sheet material, and they are located relative to each other so that two imaginary lines passing through the tops of cutting elements of teeth, which are maximum overall dimensions of discs, form two equal cone-shaped symmetric spirals with variable pitch. ^ EFFECT: increasing operating efficiency of drilling tool, which consists in reducing the cutting forces during drilling process of rocks and in improvement of removal of broken soil from the cutting area. ^ 2 cl, 6 dwg, 1 tbl</p> |
