CONDUCTIVE MEMBER, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, SEPARATOR FOR FUEL CELL USING THE SAME, AND SOLID POLYMER FUEL CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for restraining corrosion of a metal base material layer and improving corrosive resistance in a conductive member having a middle layer.

SOLUTION: The conductive member includes the metal base material layer, a conductive carbon layer including conductive carbon, and a middle layer. The conductive carbon layer is located on at least one primary surface of the metal base material layer. Further, the middle layer intervenes between the metal base material layer and the conductive carbon layer, and includes a crystal structure made of columnar crystal growing in a laminated direction of the conductive member. Then, the conductive member includes a water-permeation prevention layer at least at a part of the middle layer.
