<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinged cap easy to confirm an unfair action and to perform source-segregated abandonment. <P>SOLUTION: The hinged cap includes: a body 2 having a top wall 2a of a container opening part, and a peripheral wall 2b hung from the top wall 2a, and having projections 2c<SB>1</SB>and 2c<SB>2</SB>formed on the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 2b, fitted on the outer peripheral surface of the container opening part, and fixed on the container opening part; an auxiliary wall 3 extending on the back side peripheral wall 2b<SB>2</SB>of the peripheral wall 2b; and a lid body 5 connected to the auxiliary wall 3 through a hinge 6 capable of opening and closing the top wall 2a. Circumferential ends of the auxiliary wall 3 are respectively connected with the back side peripheral wall 2b<SB>2</SB>by pulling from the auxiliary wall 3 so as to be able to extend the back side peripheral wall 2b<SB>2</SB>. On the back side peripheral wall 2b<SB>2</SB>, a first line to be cut which can be cut in the vertical direction of the back side peripheral wall 2b<SB>2</SB>and a second line to be cut which is connected to the first line to be cut and can be cut circumferentially are provided.
