<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent peeling of sealing material of an LED light emitting device. <P>SOLUTION: The LED light emitting device is provided with: an LED chip; a pair of lead frames to which electrodes of the LED chip are connected, a case having a cup-shaped part forming a reflection surface around the LED chip and including a part of the pair of lead frames, and the sealing material filled in the cup-shaped part.
