<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a thin film solar cell suppressing generation of cracks in a light absorbing layer. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: a light absorbent applied film-forming step of forming a light absorbent applied film 7 by applying a light absorbing layer solution, in which a single precursor containing at least one of Cu, S and Se and at least one of In and Ga is dissolved in an organic solvent, on a first electrode layer 2; a film surface-curing step of heating the light absorbent applied film 7 from its surface and curing the surface; a light-absorbing layer-forming step of forming a light absorbing layer 3 containing at least one of Cu, S, and Se and at least one of In and Ga on the first electrode layer 2 by thermally treating at a heating temperature higher than a heating temperature of the film surface curing process; and a second electrode layer forming-step of forming a second electrode layer 5 on the light absorbing layer 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
